We at Bike Werx believe that online retail bike shops and local bike shops can coexist and provide the best equipment and services to cyclists everywhere. In today’s age of suspicious foreign internet discount shops and mammoth local parts dealer’s who have people from India answering their phones, we strive to be different and create a successful personal relationship with our customers and the network of local bike shops we work with throughout the country. Our motives are simple. We’re avid cyclists at Bike Werx and we share a passion for quality products, energetic group rides, and long solo outings on the bike. We’re road cyclists, mountain bikers, commuters, and everything in between. We don’t like the fact that the bike industry makes it difficult to “trade up” or “upgrade” to a new ride with no system in place for consumers to do so.
